A. On Entry to the pit area please wear wristband at all times. and before proceeding to Registration Tent. No wristband means you run the risk of being removed from the premises or will be asked to purchase another one.

Registrations are taken in The Goldfields Sanddrags Tent. At time of registration, you will receive your racing number. Once your number is attached to your vehicle, our scrutineers will make there way to you. Once your vehicle has been scrutinised, a sticker will be placed on your number plate. 

SCRUTINEERS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED OF ALL METHANOL BIKES/CARS.

B. Please be aware of the LETTER before your race number, this is your Race Class.

C. ALL Competitors (Both Sanddrag and Burnout Competitors alike), will need the a License

Sanddrag Competitors – Racers Personal Accident Cover, RACERS -Buy Licence ,which is easily obtained by purchasing the Racers Clubman Single Event Licence.

Burnout Competitors – AASA Motorsport Licensing & Event Insurance – LICENCES – Australian Auto-Sport Alliance

Each entrant WILL be required to show their license/license number at registration.

To save you time at the gate when entering on the day of the event, please register and purchase your insurance before race day.

G. QUALIFYING. You will get a short qualifying session early so listen for your class (Letter displayed before your racing number) to be called

J. Eliminations will end with all the finalists running their race, from pee wee’s to the thundering Nitro Harleys and V8 bikes at the end of the show
