REGULATIONS FOR BURNOUT COMPETITIONS
The object is to produce as much smoke as possible, with no hesitation, in your allocated time
REQUIREMENTS
1. All competitors to complete Entry Form and Sign Waiver.
2. A current Drivers License is required – Provisional or Full.
3. ALL Competitors (Both Sanddrag and Burnout Competitors alike), will need the Racers Personal Accident Cover which is easily obtained by purchasing the Racers Clubman Single Event Licence.

Each entrant WILL be required to show their license/license number at the gate on entry to register.
To save you time at the gate when entering on the day of the event, please register and purchase your insurance before race day
4. All Competitors should wear long sleeved shirts, long trousers and covered in shoes.
5. No thongs, sandals, shorts, and T-shirts allowed
6. Seat Belts must be worn and properly adjusted during competition.
7. Helmets must be worn.
8 The maximum speed of vehicles within the complex and infield is 10 km/hr.
9. Burn outs to cease and vehicle leave the centre area immediately on direction of the Officials.
A SAFETY CHECK OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE CARRIED OUT
- No loose items inside the vehicle.
- Throttle return (spring).
- No fuel leaks radiator overflow bottle.
- The fuel tank, if not original, is to be of a professional construction standard or fuel cell type and securely mounted.
- Battery tied down and securely fastened.
- Sponsors logos to be kept to a minimum.
- Wheel studs & nuts (no wheel trims). All wheel weights must be either removed from drive wheels or taped.
10. Any competitor failing to keep within the defined area will be automatically disqualified
11. If a engine blows, please stop vehicle immediately.
12. Burn outs on pit roads or any other area (other than the designated burn out area) will see the driver and vehicle removed from the complex and banned from competing at future events. The cost of any damage will be charged to the competitor.
13. No GLASS is to be brought into the complex.
14. Drivers must follow the requests of the officials, as they act on your behalf in the interest of safety.
